Max, As discussed, this initial phase will operate under a structured Founding Creator production model.
The purpose of this phase is to:
- Establish your animated brand identity
- Develop and approve a consistent main character
- Define visual style for both music and educational content
- Create foundational assets for YouTube and future course distribution
This phase is focused on building your visual world properly from the ground up.
What Each Pilot Video Includes
- Custom animated character development
- Custom-created digital environments and scenery
- Music-aligned or lesson-driven visual storytelling
- AI-generated voiceover (included for pilot phase)
- Maximum runtime: 90 seconds
- Up to 2 structured revision rounds
All animation, scenes, and character visuals are created by DTL.
You provide:
- Final music file (for music videos)
- Educational objective or lesson outline (for learning videos)
- Creative direction input
Pilot Investment
$300 CAD per video
Founding Creator Rate
Payment Confirmed
Pilot productions are confirmed through full payment per video.
Once confirmed, your project is scheduled into the production calendar.
Estimated turnaround:
10–14 business days per video from payment confirmation.
Scope Parameters
This phase applies to short-form animated productions up to 90 seconds. Expanded productions (2–3 minutes+), advanced animation complexity, or major character redesigns will move into standard production tiers after completion of this founding phase.
