Agreement Overview

As discussed, this first phase of production will operate under a structured Founding Creator Rate. This foundational period is crucial for establishing your unique animated brand identity and defining the visual language that will carry your content forward.

We are committed to building your visual world properly from the ground up, ensuring a consistent and high-quality representation of your brand.

  • Custom animated character placement
  • Custom-created digital environments and scenery

  • Basic motion animation (character + background integration)
  • 2 revision rounds

All animation, environments, and character visuals are created by DTL.

Max Provides

  • Final music files (for music visuals)
  • Core concept and direction
  • Educational objective (for learning videos)

Production Timeline & Requirements

Production timeline begins once the following are confirmed:

  • Deposit is received
  • Music file is received (if applicable)
  • Creative direction is confirmed

Estimated turnaround per video:

2–7 business days

Scope Parameters

This founding phase covers short-form animated productions up to 90 seconds.

Full-length productions (2–3 minutes+), advanced character animation, or expanded episode builds will move into standard production pricing tiers after completion of this founding phase.

Creative Direction

DTL will establish a consistent animated character design to maintain brand continuity across all your content, including music visuals, educational content, and future expansion opportunities. Major character redesigns after initial approval will require new pricing.
