• You own the materials or have permission to use them
• The materials do not infringe on any third-party rights
• You grant Dream To Life permission to use the materials solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service

You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of all submitted materials.

DTL Kids Corner content is designed for children but is intended to be accessed, purchased, or managed by parents, guardians, educators, or authorized adults.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Adults are responsible for supervising children’s use of our content and services.

• We do not provide live event coverage
• All projects are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope and responsiveness
• Client revisions are limited to the scope outlined at the time of booking

Emotional sensitivity and discretion are core to this service.

All original content, designs, text, videos, music, and materials created by Dream To Life remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a personal-use license for delivered materials unless a broader license is explicitly granted.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution of our content is prohibited.

Due to the custom and creative nature of our services:

• Deposits may be non-refundable
• Completed work is generally non-refundable
• Refunds, if any, are issued at our discretion

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream To Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated or if misuse is identified.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.
